Kerry L. Smith has been in Evergreen, Colorado since 1977. He started in Real Estate as an Agent in 1987 after 17 years as an Engineer/Manager at a major communications company. He obtained his Broker License in 1988, and his Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 1994. He has received recognition for both Top Sales and Top Producer several times. Kerry began specializing in “Buyer Agency”, representing buyers in real estate transactions, when it was a new concept in 1997.
Lois A. Smith has been in Evergreen, Colorado since 1977. She obtained her Real Estate Broker license in 1993, and works with Kerry as a team.
